Global Fulfillment by Gelato
We’ve partnered with Gelato, a world-renowned print-on-demand provider with production hubs across 20 countries. Your orders are printed at the facility closest to your shipping address, ensuring efficient delivery while maintaining impeccable print quality.
Gelato fulfills orders from locations including Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Denmark, France, Germany, India, Italy, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The United Arab Emirates, The United Kingdom, and The United States.
Gelato collects applicable taxes, including sales tax in the United States and VAT in the European Union. For customers in other international locations, taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Due to Gelato’s local fulfillment model, import duties or customs taxes are typically not required, as your order is produced and shipped within your region.

United States Fulfillment by Printify
Printify produces and ships select products, such as drinkware and accessories, from local fulfillment centers across the United States. This ensures fast delivery times and consistent quality for all U.S. customers. Orders fulfilled by Printify in the United States are subject to applicable state sales tax, which will be calculated at checkout.
United Kingdom & European Fulfillment by Printify
For customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom, Printify partners with local fulfillment centers to produce and ship products efficiently and cost-effectively.
- European Union: VAT is collected and remitted properly based on the customer’s shipping destination.
- United Kingdom: Taxes are not collected by The Alchemist’s Print Shop. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees required by UK authorities.
This local production ensures that no import duties or customs taxes apply, as orders are fulfilled within the EU or UK.
Framing with Level Frames (U.S. & Canada)
For customers in the United States and Canada, we collaborate with Level Frames, an expert custom framer based in New York, NY. Through our Buy it Framed! option, your artwork is printed by Gelato, framed by Level Frames, and delivered directly to your door, ready to hang. Every frame is handcrafted to match the quality of the artwork itself.
Multiple Language Support
To better serve our international customers, The Alchemist’s Print Shop is available in English, Italian, Spanish, French, and German. You can easily switch between languages using the dropdown menu at the top of our website. This ensures a smooth, personalized shopping experience no matter where you’re located.
